I received my device, and I cannot make it work. What should I do?

For devices with a button, press the power button 5 times to activate, then press and hold the power button while inhaling to use. If it’s an auto draw device, simply inhale 4-5 times to activate. Should you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
Why can’t my order go through?
